 The fee for management is 8% of the gross monies collected and 75% of one month's rent upon leasing a unit.

Gateway Select Properties offers full service Property Management Services, but if you are a property owner who is planning on managing your apartment(s) on a day to day basis, we provide a Leasing Only option.  If you would like some help filling vacancies, we will advertise, show the property, provide the full application screening process, and finally, put the tenant on a lease.  At completion of this process, the tenant/occupied unit is turned over to you, the owner, and you provide the daily management services. 

The fee for this leasing option only, is 75% of one months rent upon leasing the unit.

*GSP's Owner/Broker will give her professional opinion on the market rent, taking into consideration the location of the property, condition/updates, and amenities included in the apartment or home.
